Stuff to See
Walk through the National Monuments, but we recommend doing so at night to avoid the crowds, skip the heat, and experience them all lit up!

Spend some time soaking in one of the largest collections of both classical and modern art at the National Gallery of Art, and don’t forget to check out the East building, designed by I.M. Pei and beautiful in its own right!

Stuff to Do
Take in a show - or just check out the grounds - at the famous Kennedy Center. It lives up to the hype!
—-
The National Arboretum is a great place to talk a walk, have a picnic, and take in nature… right in the heart of DC!
___
Georgetown University (a.k.a. Hogwarts) and the surrounding neighborhood is one of the oldest in DC and has lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as a great waterfront!
